Training Sessions

Our programs are tailored specifically to each individual. First an overall fitness assessment will take place; we go over goals, medical history, current exercise and lifestyle routine, nutrition, movement screen and a vo2 max test. From all the information gathered, your specific, personal program will then be designed and executed during this hour training time.
