Everyone’s goals, medical history, sports, lifestyle routine, injuries, strengths, weaknesses, movement anatomy are all completely different, therefore your fitness program should be!

We tailor each persons program  specifically to them. We have created an encouraging, driven and successful environment to help you achieve your fitness goals.

1 on 1 Personal Training

The first thing we do is an overall fitness assessment. Together we go over your goals, medical history, current exercise routine, current lifestyle routine, nutrition, we put you through a movement screen, test your VO2 max, take your body fat% and take before photos. From there we design a program tailored specifically to each individual to help you achieve your personal goals and overall health and wellness.
