    Kim Hartfield

    Hi! I am Kim. I started personal training after I moved to New York from California in 2013. Six years prior to moving to New York, I got in an ATV accident and broke my back. It is a miracle I am alive today and walking. This accident was a blessing in a way, I’ve learned much through it! This accident allowed me to see the brevity of life and what a gift it is to be healthy, strong and able to move well, without pain.
